Stay Hydrated! Water is essential for weight loss. Try to go without soda for the next 30 days. And keep a water bottle on you at all times. I recently purchased an inexpensive gallon water bottle for Amazon and it has helped me to stay more aware of how much water I need to drink hourly to reach my goal.

Weekly Tips for Meal Plan Members:
Make sure you weigh your food before you eat it, if you don’t have a scale, there is a link in the guide to an inexpensive one on Amazon. For now, try to use the nutrition label for serving size.
If you are on just starting and this is detox week. Remember no sodium. Look into seasonings like Mrs. Dash and other salt free seasonings and herbs.
Set a timer so you will remember when to eat. If you have difficulty remembering when to eat, maybe setting an alert on your phone will help.
Weekly Tips for Workout Guide Members:
Make sure you wear your sweat belt for all of your workouts.
Divide your abs up so it won’t feel like so much at one time. AM/PM means one set in the AM and one set in the Evening.
Do your HIIT fasted. That means without having anything on your stomach.
