Every 2 weeks, you will be taking progress photos. These photos should be in the same position as your before pictures. They are due on Sunday.
If you have been tasked to write down your meals for the week, this is also due on Sunday.
Below, please find the instructions for checking-in for your solo workouts.
Confirm the days that you are working out by yourself. I ask that you dedicate 5 days out the week to being active.
Confirm your workout routine with me. Make sure you have an exact plan of what you will be doing.
2 short videos (no longer than 15 seconds each) should be sent for every workout that shows:
(First video): Your time halfway through, calories, distance and your time at the end.
(Second video): Your calories and distance when your time is completed.
Each video should show you working out. Turn your phone around and show me that it’s YOU working out.
Send the videos through text message as soon as you complete your workout.
Send your final numbers (calories burned, distance, name of exercise circuit you did or the exercise machine you used) to me in a text message as well.
This is the process for checking in with me on the days you are working out by yourself. This is also my way of helping you to be accountable. You have a goal in mind and the only way to achieve that goal is to work hard for it and be consistent.
One or two times won’t work. Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come and your transformation will follow.
